Clinora supports account deletion for both physicians (clinic staff) and patients (health seekers). Please follow the appropriate steps below. Our support team manually verifies every deletion request to keep your clinical records and identity safe.
How to delete the User's Account (Physician)
- Send a mail to info@clinora.care with the subject line "Account deletion".
- Make sure the physician does not have any accepted or pending appointments.
- The physician should provide the following information:
- Username
- Mobile number
- First name
- Last name
- Our support team will call the physician's mobile and ask security questions to confirm their account deletion.
How to delete the User's Account (Health Seeker)
- Send a mail to info@clinora.care with the subject line "Account deletion".
- Make sure the health seeker does not have any booked appointments.
- The health seeker should provide the following information:
- Username
- Mobile number
- First name
- Last name
- Our support team will call the health seeker's mobile and ask security questions to confirm their account deletion.
What gets deleted vs. retained
Once verified, we remove your personal account, login credentials, profile photos and personally identifying information from Clinora.
Some records — for example, prescriptions issued to your patients (for physicians) or anonymised clinical history required for audit & medico-legal purposes — may be retained for the duration required by applicable Indian medical record-keeping regulations. The retained records do not contain identifying contact information after deletion.
